Chicken Soup

6 - 8 servings

Huhn2 l water
1 hole chicken
1 big onion, cut in rings
1 garlic clove
2 cloves
1 bay leaf
salt, nutmeg
200 g carrots
200 g field garlic
200 g celery
200 g frozen peas
1 bunch of parsley

Preparation

Once water, onions, clove of garlic and spices are boiling insert the chicken. In a pressure cooker 30 min., or else depending on the size of the chicken cooking 1,5 till 2,5 hours. Then cut into pieces vegetables at leave them cooking with the chicken for 20 minutes. Take out the chicken, part the meat from the bones, cut it into pieces, degrease the stock and fish out the spices. Add the chicken meat and the hoed parsley.
